Silvester leads our Operations Practice in Southern Africa, bringing a thoughtful and trust based approach to client engagement. He believes in first understanding the core issues and building strong relationships with both individuals and organizations. A CA(SA) who completed his articles with Deloitte, he continues to uphold the firm’s guiding principle of “making an impact that matters” in every aspect of his work.

M.Phil. Business Management with specialisation in International Business (GIBS), B.Com Hons Financial Planning. Fadzi leads our Technology Transformation practice, advising companies on advanced analytics and digital innovation. With over a decade of experience, she brings a rare ability to seamlessly connect strategy, design, implementation, and execution. While her core focus lies in financial services and commercial property, her impact spans a broad range of industries including private equity and technology services.

Lionel is a CA(SA) and a member of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa and serves on multiple boards. Driven by a commitment to enhancing corporate performance and governance, he leverages his extensive experience across both the private and public sectors. His leadership includes executive roles at two JSE-listed logistics companies, where he successfully optimized supply chain operations and procurement strategies.

Ray brings deep expertise across banking and insurance, with a particular focus on insurance and asset management. He advises clients on end-to-end digital transformation building and scaling digital businesses, modernizing technology architecture, and unlocking full commercial value. His recent work includes driving the commercial turnaround of a telecommunications company operating across multiple markets in Southern and Western Africa.

Shameema is an independent external auditor and former Partner at Nexia SAB&T. She has led a wide range of audit and assurance engagements, as well as special projects and consulting assignments. Her expertise spans financial management, corporate finance, due diligence, and financial valuations. In her leadership role, she was instrumental in driving staff development through structured training programs and continuous performance monitoring. She also oversaw practice administration, budget management, and cost control, while actively expanding the client base and strengthening the firm’s brand presence

Ameera specializes in probity advisory, with expertise spanning probity assessments, risk advisory, and internal audit engagements. She supports a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them navigate complex governance requirements and strengthen their assurance frameworks.
